Street photography is a different beast from what I usually do and I’m not very good at it. Luck seems to play an even more important role here in getting the proper combination of expression and composition. In the North-End of Boston where the people and auto traffic is high and the streets narrow, it’s very easy to miss good shots. All it takes is a passing car or pedestrian and bang, your perfect shot is lost. Also, people tend to start acting weird when they see a camera pointed at them. (Who knew – LOL.) Stealth helps. Here are two of my favorites.
